To support enterprise Customer Service solutions, the full-time Junior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer will design, develop, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a 100% remote environment. Key responsibilities Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions, including plugins and workflows Develop integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and enterprise systems using APIs and Azure services Collaborate with business analysts to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and participate in testing and deployments Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent professional experience) Minimum two years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service development experience Five to seven years of overall IT experience Experience developing customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Microsoft Dataverse
