LSP USA LLC is looking for skilled Maintenance Equipment Engineers to join our growing team in Matteson, IL(near Chicago), Warren, OH (near Cleveland), Lansing, MI, and Phoenix, AZ! Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment and machinery
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system failures and implement effective repairs
• Develop and maintain maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize equipment performance
• Collaborate with operations teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage in maintenance management systems
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency

Requirements:

• Degree or technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field)
• Proven experience in equipment maintenance, repair, or a similar engineering role
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
