Responsibilities 

The Caylor-Nickel Foundation Family YMCA is seeking an enthusiastic and attentive part-time Member Services Representative to join our team by becoming an ambassador of the YMCA who delivers a high standard of service that is efficient, effective, and member-focused at all times to our diverse community.

• Connect: Build effective, authentic relationships with members.
• Serve: Maintain member satisfaction and communication needs in a personal yet professional manner and respond to emergency situations in the branch as needed.
• Lead: Keep membership records accurate, up-to-date, secure, and confidential while working towards consistent growth in new memberships and member retention levels.  

Requirements  

Candidates must be committed to contributing to the mission, culture, and values of the YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne, as well as

• At least 16 years old. 
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Demonstrates effective communication and customer service skills.
• Welcoming and inclusive, supporting a diverse membership.
• Attentive to details, organized, able to handle money effectively, and proficient at other clerical and computer skills.
• Ability to relate to, welcome, and communicate with diverse groups of people regardless of age, race, economic status, religion, or cultural differences.  

Salary: Part-time $11.50-$12.00 hourly

Hours Available:  

• Monday 9:00am-1:00pm 
• Friday 1:00pm-5:00pm
