Job Summary We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant to implement, configure, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with Dynamics 365 applications, business process analysis, system configuration, user training, and production support. The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable CRM and ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and/or ERP solutions.
- Perform business process analysis and recommend best-fit solutions.
- Customize Dynamics 365 using low-code/no-code tools and standard configurations.
- Collaborate with developers on customizations, integrations, and extensions.
- Conduct system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve functional defects.
- Develop functional design documents, process flows, and user guides.
- Train end users and provide post-go-live support.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills - Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, CE, Finance & Operations, Business Central, or Customer Engagement).

- Experience in business process mapping and solution design.
- Understanding of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

- Ability to work with business users and technical teams.
Preferred Skills - Experience with Microsoft Dataverse.
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 integrations using REST APIs, Azure Integration Services, or Logic Apps.
- Familiarity with Power Pages and Copilot capabilities.
- Basic understanding of C#, .NET, JavaScript, or plugins.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 3-8 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 consulting or implementation experience.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications are preferred.
- Experience in at least one full-cycle Dynamics 365 implementation project.
Nice to Have - Experience with Microsoft Azure services.
- Knowledge of data migration and integration tools.
- Familiarity with SQL Server and reporting solutions.
- Experience working in global implementation or support projects.
- Strong documentation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
