HIRING IMMEDIATELY: ORDER PICKER IN HANOVER PARK, IL
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Order Picker to join our team in Hanover Park, IL. This individual will be responsible for picking and pulling orders in a warehouse setting. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $24.68/hour, paid weekly
Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
2nd shift schedule
Located in Hanover Park, IL
Duties and Responsibilities
Unload trailers and sort packages by zip codes
Load trucks for deliveries
Accurately pick, pack, ship, receive an stock product as directed
Safely operate forklift or other powered material handling equipment as needed
Other projects as assigned by warehouse management
Be a team player – everyone works together to get the job done!
Requirements and Qualifications
Steel-Toe or Composite-Toe Shoes are mandatory.

Experience: Candidates must have prior experience working in a cold environment.
Language Skills: Must be able to read and write in English.
RF Scanner Use: Familiarity with operating an RF scan gun is required.
Attendance: Strong attendance is critical. Candidates must demonstrate stability and long-term commitment in previous roles. Candidates missing days within the first 30 days will be subject to termination.
