Conceive and manage research programs for next generation and new adsorbents offerings. Manage and allocate resources for pre-discovery NPI projects in support of R&D AOP. Build a strong understanding of adsorbents fundamentals, including equilibrium and kinetics properties of adsorbent materials within the team. Work with NPI leaders to support active NPI projects and understand the needs and gaps that require innovation. Contribute to competitive landscape analysis and IP portfolio strategy. Contribute to R&D strategic planning and roadmaps. Education and Occupational Experience:PhD degree or foreign equivalent in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Analytical Chemistry, or a related field of study and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Analytical Chemistry, or a related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
