Job Title: Software Developer - MS Dynamics 365 CRM

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Work Model: Onsite

Duration: 6 months

Extension: 1 Time

Must Haves

• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Experience with Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power platform, and Azure solution design
• Working knowledge of Dynamics interoperability, integration and capability with other Microsoft cloud technologies
• Working knowledge of both low code development and custom development on Dynamics 365
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform
• Experience with Dynamics CRM Customer Service Workspace, Agent experience profile, Session templates, workstream, and routing.
• Experience with custom. Web API development, ASP.NET. .Net Core, Entity Framework, Azure SQL, DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines etc.

Description / Responsibilities / Skills

Description

• Build a modern online Registration system for both external and internal users.
• Technology stack: Microsoft Dynamics CRM (backoffice), MuleSoft (middleware) and Java/React (public facing portal).
• Configure MS Dynamics 365 for Registration and Permit workflows for Ministry backoffice staff.
• Integrate backoffice with portal (Java/React) using MuleSoft middleware.
• Resource expected to work onsite Monday to Friday, 8:00-5:00 PM.

Experience

• Extensive experience developing in Dynamics 365 Customer Service (case management, Knowledge Management, Customer Service Workspace configuration).
• Experience with power apps (Model-Driven App, Power Pages, Canvas App), Custom PCF controls, and Server-Side templating language Liquid.

Communication Skills

• Ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively and in a user friendly manner.
• Maintain a high level of customer service to both internal and external clients.

Experience & Skill Set Requirements

Technical Skills (40%)

• Working knowledge with Dataverse design and development
• Working knowledge of development in Azure technologies
• Working knowledge of .NET, C#, JavaScript
• Working knowledge of DevOps, task boards, pipelines, etc.

Experience (40%)

• Proficiency in all cloud service models: SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS
• Certifications in Dynamics 365 and Azure are preferred
• Experience with Agile methodologies including using kanban/task boards
• Extensive experience developing in Dynamics 365 Customer Service (case management, Knowledge Management, Customer Service Workspace configuration), power platform, power apps (Model-Driven App, Power Pages, Canvas App), Custom PCF controls, development and Server-Side templating language Liquid.
• Experience with both low code development and custom development on Dynamics 365

Communication Skills (20%)

• Strong communication skills to prepare documentation, including but not limited to; reports, reviews, assessments
• Ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively and in a user friendly manner; maintain a high level of customer service to both internal and external clients

Nice to have

• Prior OPS or Public sector exp.
