Reference: PR/603537_1785335495Director of Brand MarketingLocation: Los Angeles, CACompensation: $110,000 - $130,000 Base Salary + Bonus PotentialWork Arrangement: HybridPosition Summary:We are seeking a creative, commercially-minded Director of Brand Marketing to lead the development and execution of our brand strategy, product marketing initiatives, and integrated marketing programs. This individual will be responsible for strengthening brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and supporting revenue growth across wholesale and consumer channels.The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and enjoys operating in a fast-paced environment where creativity, execution, and business impact are equally important. This role will oversee brand storytelling, content creation, digital marketing, product launches, creative development, and marketing operations while partnering closely with Sales, Product Development, and Executive Leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute brand and marketing strategies that support business growth and market expansion.Lead go-to-market planning for new product launches, collections, and key company initiatives.Oversee brand positioning, messaging, content development, and visual identity across all channels.Manage integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, PR, events, digital advertising, and content marketing.Direct the creation of marketing assets including photography, catalogs, sales collateral, videos, and promotional materials.Own the annual marketing calendar and ensure alignment between product launches, promotions, and business objectives.Partner with Sales to develop programs and tools that support customer acquisition and retention.Analyze campaign performance, market trends, and customer insights to drive continuous improvement.Manage agency, freelance, and vendor relationships while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.Oversee marketing budget allocation and maximize return on marketing investment.Ensure brand consistency across all customer-facing and internal communications.Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team while fostering creativity, accountability, and innovation.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.6-10 years of progressive marketing and brand management experience.Experience leading marketing initiatives for consumer products, apparel, wholesale, manufacturing, or lifestyle brands preferred.Strong understanding of brand strategy, content marketing, digital marketing, and campaign management.Excellent creative judgment regarding design, messaging, and brand presentation.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.Experience utilizing data and analytics to inform marketing decisions and measure performance.Hands-on mentality with the ability to balance strategic planning and day-to-day execution.Preferred ExperienceB2B and wholesale marketing experience.Experience managing email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, photography, content production, and creative workflows.Experience supporting eCommerce, retail, or omnichannel marketing initiatives.Knowledge of SEO, paid media, social media strategy, and website analytics.BenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time OffEmployee Discount ProgramProfessional Development OpportunitiesHybrid Work Flexibility
