Location: Houston, TX 77008
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 11:00 AM–10:00 PM

PAY STRUCTURE – PLEASE READ You will work the  full 11:00 AM–10:00 PM shift. The hourly rate changes at 5:00 PM:

11:00 AM–5:00 PM → $16/hour
5:00 PM–10:00 PM → $19/hour

This is ONE full shift. You do not choose between the two rates.
You will be paid $16/hour for the first 6 hours and $19/hour for the remaining 5 hours.

About the Position

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Bilingual English/Spanish Order Picker to join a busy freezer warehouse team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is physically active, dependable, works well with a team, and is looking for steady full-time work with opportunities to grow.

Freezer gear is provided.

What You’ll Do

• Pick and stage customer orders accurately
• Work with forklifts and pallet jacks as needed
• Move and organize frozen products
• Verify orders for accuracy before shipping
• Follow safety and food-handling procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse
• Work in temperatures ranging from -10&degree;F to 32&degree;F

Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license required
• Able to work in a freezer/cold-storage environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Good attention to detail
• Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus
• Must be able to pass a background check
